• We are on the lookout for a dedicated Junior Advocate specializing in Drafting to join our expanding team in Bangalore. In this role, you will focus primarily on drafting petitions and other legal documents for family law cases. You will work closely with clients and collaborate with our experienced advocates to ensure that all legal documents are accurate and comprehensive.

      Please note: Only apply if you meet the Must-Have criteria and hold a valid Certificate of Practice from the Karnataka State Bar Council.

      Responsibilities:

      Drafting legal petitions and documents related to family law cases.Assisting senior advocates in case preparation, including attending court proceedings as needed.Conducting thorough legal research to support case strategies.Collaborating with clients to gather necessary information and evidence.Providing legal advice under the guidance of senior advocates.

      Qualifications:

      At least 2+ years of experience, preferably with a focus on family law.Law degree from a recognized university.Strong research and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.

      Must-Have:

      A valid Certificate of Practice from the Karnataka State Bar Council.Proficiency in both English and Kannada.Ability to commute to our office near BSK 2nd Stage .Strong written and verbal communication skills.Prior experience in legal drafting, particularly in family law.
